Depending on their availability and their weight some items are only visible in our showroom in Paris or in the provinces. Control and verification of materials Our warehouse (700 m2) located in the Oise (60) collects relevant information before shipment (Customer Name - Address - Contact - Hours) and performs necessary testing prior to shipment. The preparation mainly involves - Checking system components - Equipment testing - Inserting the user manual in French - Labelling the product - Certifications checking - Arranging the delivery with the carrier using appropriate tools. Operators and users training Installation, system set up and training are essential for a reliable partnership. M.A.I can provide you with any training related to our equipments. In addition to our obligation to satisfy you we offer customized service contracts and preventive or curative maintenance. After-sales service for our customers Our equipment has a 1 year warranty (parts and labor) unless otherwise stipulated. Our technical department reacts in a short time (12/48 hours) depending on the malfunction type. Our technicians follow regularly upgrade courses about new products or undergoing major changes.
